nTireCAMS is a flexible maintenance software system that will help you keep track of preventive and repair maintenance on any type of object.  It is flexible enough to track anything from building maintenance to grounds maintenance and just about anything else you can imagine. 

nTireCAMS lets you keep track of an unlimited number of objects that can be organized into categories. The main screen provides easy navigation and organization of your objects.  You can track detailed information specific to an object using the numerous user-definable fields provided for each object.

nTireCAMS keeps track of your preventive maintenance (PM) tasks for each object and informs you when maintenance is due automatically based on the PM task definitions you provide. Each PM task can be configured differently to be tracked by date or by "Units" which is a generic term that can be defined to be miles, kilometers, hours, copies, revolutions, or anything related to that asset.  Configuration is simple allowing you to define repeat interval or fixed expiration settings for each PM task.  There is even an advanced notification parameter that can be defined for each PM task to notify you X number of days (or units) prior to the PM task being due. Notification of maintenance due is a completely automated process which uses color coded indicators on the main screen. Every planned / user initiated maintenance requirement (shut down maintenance / break down maintenance etc.) are automatically put into system configured work flow processes for approval and system  will automatically issue work orders for the approved tasks. nTireCAMS tracks the duration of maintenance, materials used during maintenance, man power used during maintenance etc. and provides number of analytical reports for effective maintenance of all assets. With each work order that is saved, a preventive and repair maintenance history is automatically generated detailing all of the maintenance performed on the object and costs. The maintenance history is used to generate detailed cost analysis reports and can be used to monitor trends in neglect, abuse, or simply aging asset. An inventory control system is also included which will keep track of your inventory levels, costs and associations.
